These are primarily companies and
organisations who design ,build and/or operate all or significant portions of small
satellites. Also included are organisations responsible for procuring small satellites.
There are countless more that are involved in sub-systems, and it would be impossible to
list all of these. A separate page lists universities and

ATSB, Malaysia.
- A state-owned organisation. Procured and operated the TiungSAT microsatellite from SSTL.

CAST, China.
- CAST is responsible for the Shi Jian series of small satellites.
Chiba Institute of Technology, Japan.
- Launched its WEOS microsatellite in
2002.
JARL, Japan.
- JARL is responsible for the FUJI-OSCAR
series of micro-satellites, and is dedicated to the amateur small satellite program.

- Israeli Aerospace Industry. Involved in the Ofeq series of satellites.
HTSTL, China.
- Small satellite development company. Developed a microsatellite

Agency), India.
- India has launched various small satellites, including the Rohini and SROSS small
satellites. It is also responsible for the SLV family of small launchers
