The Rockot (known as Rokot inRussia) is a three-stage launch vehicle based on a converted intercontinental ballistic missile (UR100N, or  SS-19). A third stage (Briz-M) has been specifically designed to enhance the to-orbit capacity.

Rokot is marketed by Eurockot, a joint venture of Astrium (51%) and Khrunichev Space Centre (49%).

Rockot is launched from Plesetsk Cosmodrome and is therefore well suited to high inclination, polar and sun-synchronous low Earth orbits.

Capacity

Launcher Capacity Orbit
