The Orbital Suborbital Programme Small Launch Vehicle is a converted minuteman-2 missile ('Minataur'), which uses the upper stage of a pegasus XL launcher. It is adapted and marketed by ORBITAL. The initial launch cost US$23m, but is expected to drop to US$13m once matured. It will be able to place 340kg into a 740km orbit.
