Launching on COSMOS

The COSMOS launcher has been developed by AKO Polyot. It has an extrordinary launch record starting in 1961, with only 6 failures in more than 700 launches (>99% success rate).

Cosmos (and START) is being marketed by The United Start Corporation, jointly owned by Assured Space Access in the US, and ZAO Puskovie Uslugi of Moscow. PU in turn is jointly owned by STC Complex-MIFT and the Russian Space Agency.
